I was going to tell my brother he needs to update his blog. But I realized I hadnt updated in a really long time, so here ya go.

So it is finally the end of the week. This one wasnt so bad. I had two tests, but one was monday and one was today. The monday one, CPSC 311, i dont think went very well. The Today one, POLS 207, was super easy. I say it was super easy but every time i get my hopes up on a test i fail really badly, so we'll see.

Hmm, i cant think of anything to blog about.

I went to the rec today and did Yoga. I thought it was kinda boring. All we did was move around in annoying positions that hurt my knees or my palms or everything. I dont see why they offer so many Yoga classes at the rec every day, those spots could be filled wtih more step n sculps or body blasters than stupid yoga.

Anyway, i'm done blogging now.

I guess, i cant ask if I should be an art major if you dont really know what my brother looks like. So this is what he looks like. What do you think? 

So, since I can't think of anything to Blog about, and now that I have this awesome Hello thing i'll just show some random pictures. This is a picture of a picture I drew of my older brother at one of those restaurants with paper on the table somewhere in Pennsylvania over Christmas. So you guys think I should quit computer engineering and be an art major?

I like to listen to music when i walk around campus or ride the bus and stuff. It makes me feel like i'm in a movie and that's the soundtrack. Man, my movie would have the best soundtrack, mostly because I only listen to songs I like. For the past week i've been listening to Postal Service (my favorite), Death Cab for Cutie, and Jay-z mixed with Lincoln park. Death Cab for Cutie is good for riding the bus in the mornings. Postal Service is good for walking around. Collision Course is good for working out at the Rec with, it goes faster and makes you want to work out harder.

So i was at fry's today. Yeah, today seemed like a weird day to be at fry's but I had to go home and get my glasses so i can see without my contacts in again. I was all the way up by Green Oaks so i just decided to drive the extra mile and go to frys. I needed a surge protector, so i justified it. I decided on the Logitech Mx310. It was the cheapest mouse with extra buttons that was either a microsoft or a logitech, which are the only trusted brands in mice technology after that last mishap. Anyway, the logitech had one more button than the microsoft mouse and it looked prettier and matches my keyboard better, so i picked it. This keyboard isnt really mine. It's greg's, but i think i'll keep it forever, I like it better than mine. But, i think my keyboard is also a logitech, so it would match either way. And it's all about matching accessories.

I needed a DVD player for my tv, and there was an extra one in the closet at home and I was going to take it. It was silvery like my tv and it would have matched better. But dad decided that he wanted that one cause it would work better if he ever got a wide screen tv and he gave me the black DVD player, even though all his TV accessories and his TV are black, and my TV is silver. I guess dad's don't care as much about matching accessories. The black one works well anyway though, so i'm happy.

I'm tired now.

my new apartment

So, i got a new apartment for those of you who didn't know. I'm living with cassie now because her roommate graduated and she needed someone to live with her and i was tired of the roaches in Hart. Just a warning to all of you thinking about moving to Hart, if you aren't a big fan of roaches or lizards in your shower then you should think twice.

Anyway, my apartment is supposed to have free wireless internet except they've got 2 routers for the entire apartment complex. I can almost never pick up their signal unless i'm in just the right place, and then sometimes it's not even strong enough to connect to. So i found a nice place next to the window where i can pick up about 3 or 4 unsecured wireless networks and i've been using those for the past couple days. I went to the apartment office to tell them they need more routers and the girl there said they were talking about putting a new one near my building. So she was going to call the owner and then call me back and let me know what's up. But she assured me they would get it figured out. I sure hope they do because i really want to play counter strike but where my desktop is right now doesnt have any internet.

Anyway, other than that my apartment is cool. Last night we had caleb, dimitri, and jacob over and we played cranium and watched harold and kumar go to white castle. It was fun.

So this is the last day of christmas break. I think i did everything i set out to do. I visited relatives, i had a good christmas, i moved into an apartment, and I played enough sims 2 to get sick of it.

So anyway i took the mouse back to target. At first they said they dont do returns for Aggies, but i said please and the guy gave me my money back. I havent bought a new mouse yet. I went to best buy today to buy a wireless pci adapter card and i looked at mice. They are kinda expensive. So i decided to buy Garden State instead. I watched all the special features and the commentary with zack braff and natalie portman today. It was fun.

my mouse troubles

I dont know what all those comments were about on my last post, so here is a new post.

I bought a new mouse today. I've been looking for a new mouse all over... well, i only really looked in the attic and at walmart. See the problem with my old mouse is that it's a laptop mouse and it's chord isnt very long and it didnt reach to my computer. And the mouse in the attic had a ball in it. And all I want is an optical mouse with the forward and back buttons on it, but none of the mice at walmart had forward and back buttons. So I looked at target today, and they had a mouse like I wanted, but it was chordless, and I want mine to have a chord so I dont have to worry about batteries. And then i found a mouse that had everything I wanted, but then it had an extra scrolly thing for scrolling sideways. It was only 12 bucks so i bought it.

Well, i brought it home, plugged it in and it worked fine, but then i tried to install the software that came with it because the sideways scrolling button didnt scroll sideways, it just scrolled up and down only backwards, and the forward and back buttons were switched from how i think they should be. I guess i dont have a very long thumb so i can reach their forward button really well, but whoever goes forward when serfing?

So the software crashed my computer while installing. Like it just flat out turned off. I came back and windows did one of those fatal error things and then it told me that their mouse driver had conflicts with service pack 2. So i went to their website and found a driver, and this one installed, but then after i restarted the freakin mouse didnt work. It was a freakin piece of crap, so i sent them an angry comment on their customer service form so maybe someone will get back to me.

So i admitted defeat and decided to turn on some music, and music wouldnt play. I was so mad, cause it had worked before the stupid mouse drivers had messed up my computer. So after messing with it a couple minutes i was about ready to... i dunno, cry or something.

But, fortunatly windows has that built in system restore feature that i've never heard of anyone actually using before. But It was super easy, and I restored my computer back to how it was yesterday at 2:30 pm and now my audio works.

So who thinks i'll be able to stuff that mouse back into it's stupid plastic packaging and take it back to Target? I looked at their return policy and only things that are like software, dvd's, and cd's cant be returned if they have been opened. It doesnt say anything about mice. So maybe if it's warm enough to go outside tomorrow i'll try it.

Anyway, sorry for the boring post. I dont really do much other than play sims and counter strike and watch scrubs. That's ok though, that's what Christmas break is for.

When are all of you going back to school? I have a friend who needs somewhere to stay in college station the 9th and 10th for his new student orientation. Let me know if you can take him in.

Bawls

So here is an interresting story...

Today my brother and I were out doing stuff and we stopped at 7/11 because they now sell bawls, and bawls is good. So if any of you dont know bawls is an energy drink that is sold in a pretty blue bottle.

So we are driving around drinking our bawls and I'm on my way home. I am coming from target so i'm on the 287 access road. Right when i pass Taco Bell i see a cop turning out of there. I saw him turn into my lane, go straight through the light, like me, and get on the freeway, like me, so i made sure to follow all the rules. But he got right up behind me, but i was going the speed limit so i didnt understand what was up. So I get off the freeway and there go his lights. I hadnt done a thing. So i turn into that gas station parking lot there.

He comes over to me, asks for my licence and insurance and all that, and I give it to him. And then he tells me that licence plate covers are now illegal. And i just so happen to have an A&M one that ricky gave me once a long time ago. I kinda already knew they were illegal but i just neglected to take mine off because i like it. So anyway, he told me to get out of the car so he could show me what he's talking about. And he showed me how my licence plate cover was halfway covering up "Texas" so someone might not know what state it is.

Anyway, then he tells me he saw my brother drinking a beer when we drove past him earlier. I assured him that it was a Bawls and that Bawls is an energy drink. He didnt really believe me, and he told me to stay there standing behind the car so he could go talk to my brother. So he asks my brother what he was drinking, and he shows him the pretty blue bottle and tells him it's a caffine drink.

So this cop looked pretty disappoined that we werent drinking and driving. And he only told me that stuff about the licence plate cover so that he could get me out of the car and ask me about the bottle and then go ask my brother about it and see if our stories checked out.

But come on seriously, my licence plate cover says "Dwight Look College of Engineering", which means if I can handle engineering i'm probably smart enough to know not to drink and drive. And my brother is 14, he's way too young to be drinking.

So, anyway, just a warning to all you bawls drinkers out there, if you are going to drink and drive, be sure to remove those illegal licence plate covers.

So someone left a message seeming confused about the word "snow". So to explain this phenomenon to those of you who have never left texas here are some pictures to illustrate snow.

That's just a picture I took out my Aunt Nancy's kitchen window. It looks pretty cool. Barns almost always look cool in pictures.

Anyway, it has snowed a lot today. After a while though, it changed to sleet and it sleeted for a long time. So probably it'll get colder tonight and all that wet sleety stuff will freeze in the middle of the night. Icy roads are bad. Especially because my cousin's Ed and Penny are supposed to take us out for wings and ice cream tomorrow and I wouldnt want ice to get in the way of that.

So Cassie and my Aunts must all think alike. A few weeks ago I had told Cassie that i never had underwear from victoria's secret, mostly because I always thought it was going to be too expensive so i jsut never went in. But I did go in the other day and saw the underwear is cheap but the bra's are super expensive. Anyway, Cassie got me some cool pink underwear and some good smelling perfume. Then tonight my Aunt Ruth gave me some more victoria's secret perfume, and then Aunt Nancy gave me some more pink underwear. It's awesome. I wont have to worry about underwear and smelling good for a long time now.

I'm tired now. Goodnight people.

I am in Ohio. They say tomorrow it is going to snow up to 16 inches of snow tomorrow. Yuck!

It is so cold up here. Like sometimes at school i would think it was cold, but on monday we were at the pittsburg airport and we picked up our luggage and got the key to the rental car and walked out the door....

...Oh man, it was the kind of cold that just hits you and instantly makes your nose cold. It was really cold.

So, this is my 3rd post for the month of december, i'm doing better at the blogging stuff.

Anyway, so since i've been home, i've slept, ate, and played video games.

Pete keeps calling me at 11 and waking me up to tell me something about the christmas party. But since the christmas party was tonight, he probably wont do that tomorrow. But my dad doesnt have work tomorrow, and I dont know if he will allow me to sleep past 11. Maybe he'll go shopping and let me sleep.

So I smashed all night yesterday. I'm learning to play with zelda. She's pretty good, and when you are behind you can always do a down and b and turn into sheik. She's pretty fast. But greg calls me cheap if i use sheik the whole time. But Zelda has that cool blue diamond. It works well when i play with people like greg and jared and nick who like to throw things and shoot missles, but when i play with pete and jacob they always use link and do that spinny sward thing a lot so it doesnt help me too much.

I played halo 2 tonight at our christmas bash. I'm still bad at it.

It is 3 in the morning. What am i still doing up?

one more day

So i suppose i do have loyal readers considering I got 4 whole comments on the last post. One of those comments was from myself, but that is beside the point.

And as for Mike's comment about "the excuse" probably referring to the "i dont want to be in a relationship right now excuse" i totally do not remember giving you that one. I do remember the giving the "maybe we'll get back together some other time" and the "we can still be friends" to you. Sorry about that. We probably wont really ever get back together, but we are friends to a certain degree, it's hard to be friends with people hundreds of miles away, and then when i come back i work all summer, so I am having troubles keeping my high school friends.

So greg says he doesnt want to have a relationship but he'd sure wouldnt mind dating amanda. Oh well.

Anyway, i have one final left. Physics, tomorrow, in 12 hours. I'm tired of studying. But i think i know stuff pretty well. The stuff i didnt know before i learned when i took the retest. I'm kinda shaky with the magnetism stuff, but it's too boring to study. And i learned all the light stuff on saturday, so i should be good.

After that i'm having lunch with greg, packing my stuff in my car, and going home.

I e-mailed my boss today to see if they really wanted me to work, but he said since i'd only be able to work for 2 weeks it wouldnt be worht it. That's good because I didnt really want to work, but the extra money would have been nice. That's ok though.

So sometimes i get nervous about how my day is going to work. Especially when days are busy like tomorrow, because certain things have to fit in at certain times of the day. I need to wake up at like 11:30 so i can get dressed and get to my final and be there early. Maybe i should get up at 11 so i can be really early and not stressed. So then i have to eat lunch, and then caleb has to come by some time and get his drums, so i told him to come at like 4. Then i have to get my car and pack it up, but i cant pack it up until 5, when the parking lot opens. I signed up to check out of my room at 5 too, maybe i should have picked 5:15, or maybe i can make dimitri help me carry my stuff downstairs. I dont have that much stuff though. So tomorrow stresses me out.

I wrote 6 essays durring my great diseases final today. My hand hurt really bad. I hate writing, i wish i could type it.

Ok, i guess i'll sleep now, tomorrow seems busy.

Post for December

Alright, here is my post for December, maybe when i'm bored over Christmas i'll blog some more, but we'll see, so dont get your hopes up.

So, i'll fill all my loyal blog readers (all zero of you) in on what's up.

Greg dumped me last week. That jerk!! urrr. He said he doesn't want to be in a relationship right now. I've always decided that that is just an excuse for not liking someone. If you really liked someone then you would want a relationship with that person. So, in reality, Greg just doens't like me anymore. That's ok, he can do that if he wants to. But he's been a jerk lately because he said we cant hang out as much anymore.

Enough of that.

I'm moving in with cassie next semester. It's gonna be great. I'll have a kitchen, washer and dryer, my car like 10 feet away, a cat, and i'll get to hang out with cassie all the time... oh man is she gonna get sick of me!!!

I'm gonna miss brittany. She's an awesome roommate. Sorry for any of you looking for an awesome roommate cause she's already taken for next semester.

I'm going to Ohio for chrismtas. We are going because i told my parents i wanted to go, cause it has been over a year since i've seen any of my grandparents. So, we get to go now.

I play the sims 2 a lot now that i've got my new computer. My new computer is super awesome. I'm gonna take it to CPL in the summer and show it off to all those boys and they can see that i'm a girl wtih an awesome computer, and they'll think i'm hot.

Well, i shoud probably study now. I took my math final yesterday. It was hard. I hope i did as well as everyone else so i can pass the class. It's always hard to tell in that class because he doesnt score on the grade scale. I need to pass my physics final on tuesday too. I also need to pass my Great Diseases final. I've never had so many classes in one semester that relied so heavily on me passing the final. It's pretty stressful.

Anyway, i'll post some other time. Hopefully before january. If i dont, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Alright, here is my post for the month!

I think i slept funny last night because I am totally dead today. Like i went to bed around 1:30 and my alarm went off at 10:30 and i was like, crap, i'm too sleepy to get up. But i had to get up, cause today is tuesday, and on tuesdays you have to get up and go to discrete.

And my neck hurts too, and my sides. I must have slept crooked.

I'll work out today, and that'll make it easier for me to sleep tonight. And I should go to bed earlier, and I always say that, but i still never get to bed before 1. So tonight my goal is 12:30.

Anyway, i'm in the process of getting my laundry done. That's exciting....

Man, my blog is so boring. it is just me complaining about my life.

I'm tired

So i've decided to take the day off. Yeah, i know wednesday is a random day to just take off, but I can do it. Except i've got a great diseases test later today so i have to do that, and guildhall is coming tonight so i'll have to do that. but i slept through computer science. It was nice.

Yesterday was kinda crappy. I failed my discrete test. It sucks. but i did pass my physics test. It's weird cause i though i had done well on the discrete test. Oh well.

I went to the rec with cassie yesterday and did the body blaster class again. I went last week and it totally killed me, like i couldnt walk down stairs for like 3 days. But i'm doing ok today, i'm a little sore, but nothing like last week.

I dont want to blog anymore right now.
